About us

SchapfenMühle is a milling company in Ulm, situated in Southern Germany. Our tradition goes back to the year 1452. Today we process a variety of types of cereals into flour, grits and flakes, at our most state of the art production plants.

Alongside the classic mill products we also offer a comprehensive range of premixes and bread improvers for bakery companies.
Our team of experienced experts from the milling and bakery industries also develop mixtures specific to customers’ needs.
Our testing bakery is equipped with the most up-to-date bakery technology.

Exclusive premixes are prepared from our own raw materials, as a convenience blend according to the wishes of our customers.

CeralCran - half puffed grains

Puffed cereal grains are a processed raw material for baked goods production with many advantages, which raw grains in the form of whole grains. CeralGran grains are open, ready to consume and still possess their natural qualities.
Preferred types of grain are durum, rye, spelt, amaranth and quinoa. The grains soak rapidly, take up a lot of water and can be added directly to dough production without thickener without the grain structure being completely destroyed by the kneading process.
