Dough dividing and rounding machines
Dough dividing and rounding machines produce round pieces of dough for bread making. Our machines handle the dough gently and offer accurate and economical solutions in order to divide and round small and large dough pieces. A choice of head machines with up to six rows is available as a single stand alone unit or in combination with other equipment for the next step of the bread making process, either by manually removing the dough pieces or as a head machine for automated production lines.
On our lines the rounded dough pieces - depending on the type of product - is rolled, stamped, pressed, cut or shaped. A wide range of different machine designs meet all the end users requirements. We can offer for all types of breads:- Long-rolling devices to prepare Hot-Dog, Hamburger buns and so on- Proofers for various applications - Combi Line – modular lines - Machines for square and rectangular dough pieces - Seeding units for one or both sides of the dough - Automatic depositing systems
Square rolls machine
Square rolls machine has been developed specifically for gentle dough cutting and strip forming. The machine is available in a modular or compact design, equipped with exchangeable tools for the production of ciabatta and other types of square/rectangular breads. The precise automatic production of the dough strip is of great importance here. The dough is tipped into the machine which gently transforms it into a continuous dough strip which is then divided up into the various lengths and widths.
