By combining purchased raw ingredients (hydrocolloids, fibres & starches) with products from our primary product portfolio of e.g. caseinates, lactose, WPC, milk calcium & demineralised whey products, we create customer specific stabiliser & emulsifer systems for the milk-, gourmet foods-, ice cream-, & meat industry as well as special products for sports- and elderly adult nutrition.
