Innovation out of tradition
Since 1950, customized machinery production has had a long tradition with Rasch. Soon, tempering units and wrapping machines became well-known around the globe. Rasch is well known for tempering masses with inclusions, universal wrapping machines and the handling of hollow articles. Today, Rasch have 65 employees in Cologne premises. Emphasis is not only given to the wrapping machine itself but also to the service and complete wrapping solutions with diverse feeding and conveying systems. All format parts are developped and produced in-house in a close cooperation with the customer together with mould and foil suppliers in order to reach the best possible wrapping result for the chocolate products. On top of that, Rasch offers an extended world-wide technical service covering commissioning, staff training, repairs, modernization works and overhauls.
Rasch Wrapping machine type RKS 2
Rasch wrapper for small flat bottom pralines. Automatic feeding either out of moulds or random. Up to 380 pieces per minute.
Rasch universal wrapping machine type RU 2
Universal wrapper for all kinds of wrapping styles and product. Sachet style, bottom fold, die fold, enveloppe fold, double twist, figure foiling, heat-sealing, labelling, chocolate lollypop wrap, eggs, surprise eggs. Machine can be fed out of moulds or random.
Rasch special wrapping machine type RSU
Wrapping machine for small round pralines such as balls, eggs, barrels, cones etc. Round figures possible. Front folding or double twist wrap. String attachment. Smooth handling of products - ideal for (liquid) filled pralines/pieces.
Up to 400 pieces per minute. Feeding by Rasch RTX system out of moulds (products can be turned by 90 degrees; system available with or without vision control). Special RTX version handles loose products through vibratory channels.
