As a leading global plant engineering company for the handling of high-quality bulk materials and liquids we work in the industry sectors food, rubber and tire, chemical and plastic. Zeppelin supplies all plant engineering services from a single source from basic engineering and the production of our own components and control technology through to the final assembly as well as a comprehensive after-sales service. Zeppelin DymoMix

Extremely fast. Free of dust. Homogenous consistency. Low energy input. You can profit from all these advantages in the dough production with the new DymoMix. It moistens evenly free falling dry materials with water or e.g. a yeast solution. The biochemical reaction that starts immediately generates a homogenous dough within seconds. The dough can be used immediately or transferred to the batch mixing process resp. the continuous kneader.

News & Innovations

New ideas for innovative processes  Zeppelin Systems rises to the growing challenges of the production of baked goods. The consumer demands regarding the quality of baked goods are increasing. This mainly applies to the assurance of hygienic standards
but also to aspects such as an even degree of browning and higher expectations as to the shapes of pastries – which inevitably leads to a higher degree of automation during the baking process. At the same time, process technology requirements in regards to consistent dough quality and to cleaning are increasing as well. At the Gulfood Manufacturing 2017, Zeppelin Systems presents new ideas for innovative production processes that will lead to perfect baking results such as DymoMix, Smart Components and Smart Controls.
