Backed by years of experience and practical application, we design and build the machines for the processing of chocolate directly in our works. Since we follow our own production steps, the specific customer requirements and experience can flow into the construction process of the machine.
Our own laboratory with a variety of machines enables test runs with raw material provided by the customer, so that part of the development already takes place closely related to the production work. Our specialists offer additional support in the installation and positioning of the machines worldwide.

UF / UW Tempering machines
with an output of 100 – 300 kg/h
The Unitemper combines storage tank and tempering worm in one machine. The Freon-cooled machines are equipped with a built-in cooling compressor and can therefore be installed wherever required. On request, the machine can also be supplied with water cooling.
All tempering machines can be equipped with an integrated pump to convey the chocolate to the corresponding units.
The new High-duty enrobing machine E3 for non-stop operation
The Wolf enrobing program has been expanded to include a new addition: the high performance Enrober E3. The machine is specially designed for triple shift usage. It is controlled by a Siemens PLC
All parts in contact with chocolate are equipped with additional heaters. The machine is easily accessible from all sides for cleaning and maintenance purposes - experience practicality at its best!
Fully Automatic Process Control
The DRA coats manually or fully automatically. The machine is mounted on load cells for automatic coating and the measured values are processed by a PLC. Up to 30 different recipes can be stored. The automated processing guarantees consistent quality of the final product.
